BottleneckIQ

BottleneckIQ is a web + mobile app that helps facilities teams identify and fix movement choke points in offices, campuses, clinics, and venues using lightweight sensor inputs and simple floor plans. You upload a floor plan (PDF/image), mark entrances/exits and key destinations, then connect optional people-counting sources (Wi‑Fi AP counts, door counters, or camera-based occupancy from existing systems). The app builds hourly “pressure maps” and flags recurring pinch zones (elevators, corridors, reception, security, restrooms) with estimated delay minutes and likely causes (schedule overlap, door width, queue spillover, furniture placement). It then suggests low-cost interventions (staggered meeting start times, one-way routing, signage, relocating printers, queue rails) and lets you A/B test changes over time. It’s not a magic digital twin; it’s a pragmatic dashboard that turns messy foot-traffic signals into actionable, trackable fixes.
