Bottleneckr
Bottleneckr is a web + mobile app for measuring real-world throughput in physical spaces (clinics, warehouses, campuses, event venues) without expensive sensors. Staff use quick “tap-to-log” checkpoints (arrival, triage, pick, pack, load, etc.) and optional QR scans to timestamp flow. The app turns these events into throughput KPIs: cycle time, WIP, queue length estimates, station utilization, and SLA breach alerts. An AI layer suggests likely bottlenecks (e.g., one station starved, another overloaded) and recommends simple experiments like staffing shifts, lane splitting, or appointment smoothing. It also generates a daily ops brief: what slowed you down, where, and by how much. This is not magic: accuracy depends on consistent logging, but it’s far cheaper and faster than installing cameras or IoT across a facility.
