BounceHawk

BounceHawk is a web app (traditional + AI) that centralizes bounce handling across ESPs and SMTP sources, then converts raw bounce events into a prioritized “fix queue.” It ingests bounce webhooks and SMTP logs, normalizes them into a single schema, and classifies root causes (invalid mailbox, policy blocks, spam-related, DNS/auth issues, rate limiting, content triggers). The AI layer suggests the most likely remediation steps and generates ready-to-send tasks for your team (e.g., “enable DKIM for domain X,” “pause segment Y,” “remove role accounts,” “contact postmaster with template”). It also tracks suppression decisions with audit trails so you can prove compliance and avoid re-mailing bad addresses. Realistically, it won’t magically improve deliverability without you changing practices—but it will shorten diagnosis time, reduce repeated mistakes, and stop teams from flying blind when bounce rates spike.
