BounceLedger

BounceLedger is a web app (with optional API) that normalizes bounce events from major ESPs and SMTP providers into one consistent taxonomy, then enforces automated suppression and list hygiene rules. Instead of yet another dashboard, it acts like a “bounce control plane”: ingest webhooks/logs, dedupe identities, classify hard/soft/blocked/complaint-like signals, and push suppression updates back to your ESP/CRM. It also tracks bounce reasons over time by domain, campaign, and sending IP to reveal creeping deliverability issues before they tank revenue. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules handle deterministic cases; lightweight LLM classification is used only for messy provider-specific SMTP strings and human-written postmaster feedback. Realistically, the product wins only if it saves teams from costly mistakes (re-mailing hard bounces, missing blocks) and reduces time spent reconciling inconsistent bounce data across tools.
