BounceProof is a web app (with optional API) that turns raw bounce logs into actionable suppression and routing rules across ESPs. Instead of just labeling bounces, it normalizes SMTP responses into a consistent taxonomy, detects provider-specific patterns (e.g., Microsoft throttling vs. hard invalid), and recommends what to do next: suppress, retry with backoff, pause a segment, or open a ticket with evidence. It also continuously audits your suppression lists for mistakes—like re-mailing previously hard-bounced addresses due to list merges or CRM syncs—and alerts you before damage spreads. The product focuses on operational reality: teams have multiple sending sources, inconsistent bounce codes, and limited time. You get a single “bounce truth” layer, exportable suppression lists, and a lightweight rules engine that can push updates to your ESP/CRM on a schedule.
