BounceTriage

BounceTriage is a web app (with a lightweight API) that ingests bounce events from major ESPs (SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun) and normalizes them into a single, opinionated taxonomy: hard vs soft, policy vs reputation, mailbox full vs content block, DNS/auth failures, and transient provider outages. It then produces a prioritized “fix list” with concrete actions: which domains to pause, which templates to review, which IPs to warm, and which authentication records are misconfigured. The product is not trying to replace deliverability consultants or full deliverability suites; it focuses narrowly on bounce handling and operational response. It includes simple alerting (Slack/email), a suppression list export, and weekly reporting that ties bounce reasons to campaigns and segments. An AI component can summarize patterns and suggest next steps, but the core value is deterministic classification and fast triage.
