BoundaryBell

BoundaryBell is a mobile AI-assisted stress management app that focuses on one thing most wellness apps ignore: preventing overload by enforcing boundaries. It connects to your calendar and notification settings to detect “stress stacking” patterns—too many meetings, no breaks, late-night work, constant context switching—and then suggests small, realistic interventions (auto-scheduling 5–10 minute buffers, batching notifications, drafting a polite decline message, or proposing a shorter meeting template). It avoids vague mindfulness content and instead acts like a practical operations layer for your day. Users pick a few boundary rules (e.g., no meetings after 5:30, max 4 meetings/day, 15-minute lunch protected) and the app nudges and automates compliance. It includes a simple stress check-in and weekly report that ties stress spikes to concrete schedule/behavior triggers, not generic mood charts.
