Users pick common scenarios (work messages after hours, family pressure, dating pace, roommate chores) and the app generates short, natural scripts in the user’s voice, plus a one-tap follow-up if the boundary is ignored. It tracks “boundary streaks” and emotional aftermath (stress, relief, regret) to show which boundaries actually improve wellbeing. A weekly review highlights patterns: who drains you, which situations trigger people-pleasing, and what language gets respected fastest. It’s not therapy and doesn’t pretend to be; it’s a tool for rehearsing, sending, and sticking to boundaries. Optional “cool-down” timers prevent impulsive replies and provide a 60-second reset routine before responding.
