BoundaryBot

BoundaryBot is a web + mobile AI app that protects work-life balance by enforcing personal boundaries across your calendar and messaging. It connects to Google/Microsoft calendars and Slack/Teams, detects overload patterns (too many meetings, no focus time, recurring after-hours pings), and automatically proposes fixes: declines/shortens meetings with polite templates, inserts focus blocks, and nudges you to set realistic deadlines. It also generates a weekly “burnout risk” report based on meeting density, context switching, and after-hours activity, then suggests one or two concrete changes. The brutal truth: most people won’t change habits manually, and managers won’t police your schedule for you. This app succeeds only if it saves time immediately and feels safe—so it defaults to “suggest then one-click apply,” with clear audit logs and user control. It’s not therapy; it’s calendar hygiene with teeth.
