BoundaryBot is a mobile + web AI app that turns vague “I should say no” intentions into concrete, enforceable rules across your calendar and messaging. You set boundary policies (e.g., no meetings before 10am, max 3 meetings/day, no Slack after 6pm, buffer time between calls, auto-decline recurring meetings without agenda). The app connects to Google/Microsoft Calendar and Slack/Teams, then automatically blocks time, suggests declines, and drafts short, polite responses you can send with one tap. It also flags boundary violations (e.g., a manager repeatedly booking over focus blocks) and gives weekly reports showing who/what is consuming your time. Brutal truth: it won’t fix toxic workplaces, but it will reduce decision fatigue and stop “death by a thousand yeses” for people who have some autonomy.
