BoundaryBot

BoundaryBot is a calendar and messaging “guardrail” that enforces work-life boundaries without you constantly saying no. Connect Google Calendar/Microsoft 365, set your working hours, commute buffers, focus blocks, and hard stop times. The app auto-declines or proposes alternative times for meetings outside your rules, adds buffer time between meetings, and flags “scope creep” patterns (e.g., recurring late meetings, meeting overload, no-break days). It generates short, polite decline/reschedule messages you can send in Slack/Teams/email, and provides a weekly boundary report showing what violated your rules and which teammates/meetings caused it. It’s brutally pragmatic: it won’t “fix culture,” but it can reduce calendar chaos and give you data to push back. Best used by individuals and small teams; enterprise rollout is optional but not required for value.
