BoundaryBrief

BoundaryBrief is a mobile + web AI-assisted self-advocacy coach that helps people prepare for hard conversations at work, home, healthcare, and relationships. Users type (or dictate) what’s happening, what they want, and what they’re afraid of. The app generates a few short scripts in different tones (direct, calm, diplomatic), plus a “one-sentence ask,” a boundary statement, and a follow-up message if the other person deflects. It also includes a quick role-play mode: you pick the other person’s likely reaction (dismissive, angry, guilt-tripping), and the app suggests concise responses that keep you on track. After the conversation, users log what happened and get a tiny debrief: what worked, what to tighten, and a better next message. It’s not therapy; it’s practical language tools and rehearsal for real-life advocacy.
