BoundaryBuddy

BoundaryBuddy helps parents pick a parenting style (authoritative, gentle, etc.) and translate it into a small set of household “rules that actually happen.” You set 5–10 boundaries (screen time, bedtime, chores, disrespect), define the consequence ladder, and log incidents in under 10 seconds. The app then shows consistency metrics (who enforced what, when, and how often rules were bent) and highlights “hot spots” where parents disagree or cave. It includes short, evidence-based scripts for common moments (tantrums, negotiation, whining) and a weekly review that turns logs into one actionable change. This is not therapy and won’t fix deep family dysfunction, but it can reduce day-to-day chaos by making expectations explicit and trackable. Works best for ages 3–12 and two-parent or co-parent households.
