BoundaryKit

BoundaryKit is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps people practice saying no in real situations—work requests, family pressure, dating, and friends. It’s an AI-assisted coach that turns a messy incoming message into 3-5 boundary-safe reply options (polite, firm, short, or “delay and decide”). It also includes a “Guilt Detox” flow: quick prompts that identify the manipulation pattern (guilt, urgency, obligation, flattery) and suggests a response plus a follow-up line if they push back. Users can save personal boundary rules (“No meetings after 6pm,” “No last-minute favors”) and the app will flag when a request violates them. The app tracks outcomes (did they respect it, did you cave) and builds a personal playbook of what works. It’s not therapy; it’s practical scripts and rehearsal for people who freeze or overexplain.
