BoundaryKit
BoundaryKit is a mobile + web app that helps people build self-worth by learning and practicing boundaries in real conversations. Instead of vague affirmations, it gives you short, realistic scripts for common situations (family pressure, workplace scope creep, dating disrespect) and a “rehearsal” mode to practice saying them out loud. After an interaction, you log what happened in 60 seconds, rate how respected you felt, and the app tracks patterns: who drains you, which topics trigger people-pleasing, and what boundary wording works. It also includes a small library of boundary “micro-lessons” (5 minutes) and a weekly plan that nudges you to take one doable action. It’s not therapy and won’t pretend to fix trauma; it’s a practical training tool for everyday self-respect, built around repetition and measurable progress.
