BoundaryLog

BoundaryLog is a mobile + web app that helps people define, communicate, and maintain personal boundaries without turning every conversation into a negotiation. Users create simple “boundary cards” (topics like time, touch, money, privacy) with clear yes/no/maybe rules, examples, and consequences. After real interactions, they log what happened in 30 seconds, including whether consent was asked, respected, or ignored. The app then shows pattern reports (e.g., “late-night calls trigger conflict,” “you say yes when tired,” “partner asks after you’ve already complied”). It includes a lightweight “agreement share” link for couples or roommates to align on recurring situations, plus reminders to revisit boundaries monthly. This is not therapy and won’t fix abusive relationships; it’s a structured self-management tool that reduces ambiguity and helps users act consistently.
