BoundaryPing
BoundaryPing is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps knowledge workers prevent burnout by enforcing realistic daily boundaries, not vague wellness tips. It connects to Google Calendar and Slack/Teams to detect overload signals: meeting density, after-hours messages, context switching, and “no-focus-time” weeks. The app then suggests concrete micro-changes: auto-propose 25–50 minute focus blocks, recommend declining or shortening specific meetings, and generate a short, professional message to reset expectations with a manager or team. Users set a weekly “capacity budget” (hours, meeting cap, after-hours cutoff), and BoundaryPing tracks whether the week is drifting off-plan. It’s intentionally blunt: it shows what’s breaking the plan and what tradeoff is required (drop, delegate, or delay). It also includes a simple burnout risk trendline and a “red flag” alert when patterns repeat for multiple weeks.
