BoundaryPing
BoundaryPing helps couples stop repeating the same arguments by turning vague frustrations into specific, trackable agreements. It guides each partner through a short “issue capture” flow (what happened, what I felt, what I need), then proposes a neutral boundary statement and a small, testable next step (e.g., “No work talk after 9pm on weekdays”). A weekly 10-minute check-in summarizes what worked, what didn’t, and what to adjust—without forcing daily journaling that most people abandon. The app includes a lightweight “repair script” for post-conflict conversations and a private log of agreements so neither partner has to rely on memory. This is not therapy and won’t save a broken relationship; it’s a practical tool for couples who are generally functional but stuck in recurring friction loops.
