BoundaryPing

BoundaryPing is a mobile + desktop app that reduces daily stress by enforcing realistic work-life boundaries, not vague mindfulness. It connects to your calendar and Slack/Teams to detect “stress traps” like back-to-back meetings, after-hours pings, and no-break days. It then nudges you with concrete actions: auto-suggested 10-minute buffers, one-click decline templates, and a daily “shutdown ritual” checklist that closes open loops. The app tracks boundary adherence (not mood journaling) and shows weekly patterns: which meetings, people, and time blocks reliably spike overload. It also includes a lightweight “stress triage” flow: if you’re overloaded, it prioritizes tasks and generates a short message to stakeholders to reset expectations. This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts messages and recommendations, while rules and integrations do the heavy lifting. It’s built for people who are stressed because of work systems, not because they forgot to breathe.
