BoundaryPing is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps users build a felt sense of worthiness by practicing boundaries and tracking follow-through. Instead of vague affirmations, it turns “I matter” into measurable behavior: choose a boundary (e.g., stop replying after 9pm, say no to extra work, limit contact), set a script, and schedule a “ping” before the risky moment. Afterward, log what happened in 20 seconds: did you hold it, cave, or renegotiate? The app calculates a private “Integrity Streak” and highlights patterns (people, times, emotions) that erode self-worth. An AI coach rewrites boundary scripts to match your tone, predicts high-risk situations from your logs, and suggests tiny next-step boundaries that won’t backfire socially. It’s not therapy; it’s a practical training tool for everyday self-respect.
