BoundaryProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps professionals quickly sanity-check property and administrative boundaries when sources disagree. Users upload or link parcel data (county GIS), a deed description, and a survey/plat PDF; the app overlays everything on a map, highlights mismatches (gaps, overlaps, bearing/distance inconsistencies), and generates a shareable “boundary discrepancy report” for clients or internal review. It’s not a replacement for a licensed surveyor—it's a triage tool to catch obvious issues early, reduce rework, and document what needs escalation. The AI component extracts metes-and-bounds text from deeds/PLATs, converts it into a rough geometry, and flags low-confidence segments. The product focuses on the messy reality: inconsistent county GIS, outdated plats, and human error in legal descriptions. Pricing is per-seat with usage-based document processing.
