BoutiqueRadar is a mobile + web app that helps luxury shoppers locate hard-to-find items (bags, watches, shoes, limited drops) by tapping into boutique-level availability signals rather than public e-commerce listings. Users set highly specific “want” profiles (model, size, color, year, budget, acceptable condition) and get alerts when matching inventory appears via participating boutiques, sales associates, and vetted resellers. The app supports anonymous requests, region-based sourcing, and a lightweight “hold request” workflow that routes to a human at the store. It’s not a marketplace trying to own the transaction; it’s a lead-and-intent router that makes discovery faster and reduces the endless calling/DMing that serious buyers already do. Monetization is subscription for buyers plus per-qualified-lead fees for boutiques/resellers. Realistically, success depends on onboarding enough supply partners in a few cities first.
