BracketBoss

BracketBoss is a web + mobile app for organizing corporate sports leagues (soccer, basketball, volleyball, pickleball) across offices and departments. It handles registration, team balancing, schedules, standings, and automated comms so HR or volunteer captains don’t burn out. The core is a rules-driven scheduler that supports limited court availability, rotating shifts, and “can’t play” constraints—real-world problems that kill participation. Players get a simple experience: join a league, see upcoming matches, confirm availability, report scores, and view standings. Admins get audit trails, dispute handling, and exportable reports for leadership (participation, retention, and safety waivers). It’s not trying to be a social network; it’s operational software that reduces cancellations and no-shows. Monetization is per-league or per-employee, with optional add-ons for multi-site companies and SSO.
