BracketBrawl is a mobile + web app for running small-to-mid sports tournaments (pickup leagues, rec centers, school clubs) with fewer mistakes and less admin work. Create brackets or round-robin schedules in minutes, collect entry fees, manage check-ins, and publish live standings to a shareable link so players stop texting the organizer every five minutes. The AI component helps generate schedules that minimize downtime, avoid repeat matchups, and account for constraints like limited courts, time windows, and team skill tiers (if provided). It also auto-drafts rules, match announcements, and dispute logs. This isn’t for pro leagues; it’s for the messy reality of local competition where organizers are volunteers and players are impatient. The goal is reliability, speed, and transparency—without needing a dedicated “tournament director” or expensive enterprise software.
