BranchCast is a web app (traditional + AI) for teams that need scenario analysis but don’t have time to maintain massive spreadsheets. You build a scenario tree (base, upside, downside, shock events) and connect each branch to drivers like price, volume, churn, headcount, FX, and lead time. The app runs Monte Carlo simulations, highlights the few assumptions that actually move outcomes, and produces board-ready outputs (probability bands, downside-at-risk, and “what would have to be true” targets). AI helps convert messy notes, emails, or meeting transcripts into structured assumptions and suggests missing risk events, but users must approve every driver and distribution—no black-box forecasts. Integrations pull actuals from Stripe, QuickBooks, and Snowflake to keep scenarios grounded. It’s realistic: you won’t beat enterprise ERM suites on breadth, but you can win on speed, clarity, and adoption.
