BrandLattice

BrandLattice is a web app (traditional + AI) that helps companies design, document, and govern brand architecture across products, sub-brands, and acquisitions. It turns messy reality—duplicate names, inconsistent tiering, unclear endorsement rules—into a single source of truth: brand hierarchy maps, naming rules, and decision workflows. Users can import product catalogs from spreadsheets/PLM/CRM, auto-detect collisions (similar names, overlapping categories, conflicting parent/child relationships), and generate recommended architectures (branded house, house of brands, endorsed, hybrid) with trade-offs. The app outputs board-ready diagrams, a living brand governance playbook, and a lightweight approval process so new product names don’t quietly break the system. It’s not a “creative branding” tool; it’s operational brand governance for teams that keep shipping new SKUs and features. Pricing is realistic: mid-market subscriptions, not enterprise-only consulting replacements.
