BrandShield

BrandShield is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that monitors public social media for early signs of brand-damaging posts: emerging complaints, misinformation, unsafe product claims, impersonation accounts, and coordinated pile-ons. It pulls in mentions across major platforms via APIs where available and reputable third-party data sources where not, then clusters posts into “incidents” so teams don’t drown in noise. Each incident shows velocity, reach estimates, key narratives, top amplifiers, and suggested next actions (e.g., respond, escalate to legal, report impersonation, publish clarification). It’s an AI-assisted app: AI summarizes, de-duplicates, and flags likely policy violations, but humans approve actions. The MVP focuses on one or two platforms plus web monitoring, because full coverage is expensive and often blocked. Pricing targets small-to-mid brands that can’t afford enterprise PR tooling.
