BraveReps

BraveReps is a mobile AI + traditional app that builds confidence through structured, tiny real-world “reps,” not affirmations. You pick a confidence track (social, work, dating, speaking up), set your risk tolerance, and the app generates a daily 5–15 minute challenge that forces mild discomfort (e.g., ask a barista for a recommendation, send a concise follow-up email, voice one opinion in a meeting). After each rep, you log outcome, anxiety before/after, and what you learned. The AI coach rewrites tomorrow’s rep based on your patterns, avoids unsafe scenarios, and gradually increases difficulty. A streak is only counted when you submit proof-of-action (short reflection + optional audio note), reducing self-deception. The app focuses on measurable behavior change: exposure ladder progression, anxiety reduction trends, and “avoidance triggers” insights. It’s not therapy, but it borrows the parts of CBT exposure that actually work.
