BreachClock

BreachClock is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns incident response into a compliance-grade notification workflow. It maps your organization’s footprint (states/countries, data types, affected individuals) to likely notification obligations and starts a deadline “clock” the moment an incident is logged. It then generates a task list: legal review, forensics milestones, regulator notices, consumer letters, vendor coordination, and evidence capture. The product is deliberately narrow: it does not try to be a full GRC suite. It focuses on helping teams avoid missed statutory timelines, inconsistent messaging, and sloppy documentation that becomes painful during litigation or regulator inquiries. It includes templated notice language, approval routing, immutable audit trails, and a single exportable incident binder for outside counsel and insurers. AI is used only to classify incident facts and suggest jurisdictional obligations, with human confirmation required.
