BreakLeasePro is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps renters understand the real cost, risk, and steps to break a lease—before they do something expensive. Users enter their lease terms, state, dates, rent amount, and reason for leaving, then upload the lease PDF. The app extracts key clauses (early termination, notice, reletting, fees, military/health exceptions) and generates a practical action plan: what to send, when to send it, what evidence to collect, and what outcomes are likely. It also provides a “damage-control” checklist (unit condition photos, walkthrough, forwarding address, deposit rules) and a timeline tracker for notices and landlord responses. It does not pretend to replace a lawyer; it focuses on clarity, documentation, and negotiation prep. Optional add-ons include a landlord-ready email/letter pack and a reletting support checklist to reduce liability.
