BreathProof is a mobile app (iOS/Android) that turns breathing and relaxation into a practical habit system for people who quit after a week. Instead of endless generic “box breathing” videos, it creates a tiny daily plan (2–6 minutes) tied to your real schedule and stress triggers (commute, pre-meeting, bedtime). The app uses quick check-ins (30 seconds) to learn what situations spike your anxiety and then prescribes the right protocol (downshift, focus, sleep) with simple audio cues and haptics—no screen staring required. It tracks adherence, not “mindfulness streaks,” and shows whether your stress is improving using lightweight metrics (self-rating + optional wearable HRV import). It also includes “panic mode” one-tap guided breathing with grounding prompts for acute moments. This is a combination traditional + AI app.
