BrickLedger is a mobile app that helps construction-toy owners (LEGO and similar) inventory their parts and quickly find builds they can actually complete with what they have. You scan a pile or a tray using your phone camera; the app estimates counts by part type and color, then maintains a “parts wallet” over time. When you want to build something, BrickLedger recommends sets and community models that match your inventory, highlights the missing parts, and generates a shopping list with the cheapest sourcing options. It also supports family sharing so multiple kids can borrow parts without everything disappearing. This isn’t magic: scanning accuracy will be imperfect, especially with mixed piles and poor lighting, but the value is reducing the constant “we can’t find the pieces” frustration and the wasted money from rebuying parts you already own.
