BridgeLedger

BridgeLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for public works and transportation agencies to convert scattered bridge/asset inspection data into a prioritized, budget-ready maintenance program. It ingests inspection reports, photos, and sensor/IoT feeds, normalizes condition ratings, and produces a transparent risk-and-cost score per structure. The app then generates a defensible capital plan: what to fix first, what can wait, expected lifecycle impact, and the consequences of deferral. It also tracks work orders and contractor progress so condition forecasts stay current. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to extract structured fields from PDFs, flag anomalies, and summarize evidence for decision memos—without pretending to “solve” engineering judgment. The goal is less paperwork, fewer missed risks, and faster funding approvals.
