BridgeNote

BridgeNote is a mobile + web app that helps estranged family members restart contact without blowing up. Users write a message, choose their relationship context (parent/child/sibling), and set a goal (apology, boundary, check-in). The app uses AI to rewrite the draft into three options: softer, firmer, and neutral—while preserving the user’s intent and boundaries. It also offers a “cool-down” delay, a tone risk meter, and a structured template library (repair attempts, accountability statements, boundary scripts). For reconciliation attempts, it supports low-stakes “micro-steps” like sending a neutral update or a single question. It’s not therapy and won’t fix abusive dynamics; it’s a communication tool to reduce accidental escalation. Monetization: subscription for unlimited rewrites, templates, and conversation tracking; free tier for limited drafts.
