Brief2Fields is an AI-first mobile + web app that converts short voice notes into validated, structured data rows for operational workflows (tickets, inspections, claims, work orders, incident logs). Users speak naturally, then the app extracts fields into a schema you define (e.g., customer, location, issue type, severity, parts needed, ETA) and forces confirmation on anything uncertain. It exports clean JSON/CSV and pushes records into tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, Jira, ServiceNow, or a custom webhook. The product is intentionally narrow: it’s not a general transcription app, and it’s not a full CRM. It’s a “voice-to-form” layer with strong validation, offline capture, and audit trails. Realistic constraint: accuracy depends on good prompts/schemas and domain vocabulary; the app mitigates this with per-team templates, required fields, and confidence-based follow-up questions.
