BriefBoard is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that turns messy creator-client communication into a structured, trackable video brief. Clients fill a guided form (platform, length, hooks, do/don’t, brand words, references), then approve a one-page “locked brief” that becomes the single source of truth. Creators upload drafts and timestamped notes live on the video, with each change request categorized (must-fix vs nice-to-have) and tied back to the approved brief. The app auto-generates a revision log, prevents scope creep with a simple change-order flow, and exports a clean deliverables package (final files, captions, usage terms, invoice-ready summary). It’s not a video editor; it’s the boring ops layer that actually saves time and protects creators from unpaid revisions.
