BriefBreakdown is a web and mobile app that ingests chaotic brand briefs, email threads, and PDFs and converts them into structured, actionable task lists for creators and their managers. Creators constantly receive vague or bloated briefs with unclear deliverables, conflicting feedback, and hidden requirements buried in attachments. This app uses AI to parse contracts, briefs, and email chains, then surfaces a single, clean checklist: exact deliverables, formats, deadlines, usage rights, mandatory talking points, and approval steps. It also flags risky clauses (like perpetual usage or whitelisting) in plain language so creators don’t unknowingly give away their rights. Instead of juggling screenshots and notes, creators get one source of truth they can share with editors, agents, and collaborators. The goal isn’t to be a full CRM or contract tool, but a focused “brief sanity layer” that sits on top of email and cloud storage.
