BriefCanvas

BriefCanvas is a web + desktop app that converts chaotic client inputs (emails, PDFs, call notes, moodboard links) into a structured creative brief and an actionable visual direction pack. It extracts constraints (dimensions, deliverables, brand rules), highlights contradictions, and generates a “direction board” with color/typography suggestions, reference clusters, and a shot/scene list for illustrators or motion designers. It’s not trying to replace artists; it reduces the painful pre-production churn that kills margins. The app tracks decisions and approvals so you can show what changed, when, and why—without digging through threads. Export outputs to Figma, Adobe CC-friendly formats (PDF + asset lists), and a client-facing approval page. Realistically, the value is saving 2–6 hours per project and preventing scope creep, which is where small studios and freelancers actually bleed money.
