BriefForge

BriefForge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps freelancers and small agencies create clear, enforceable creative briefs fast. Users answer a guided questionnaire tailored to project type (logo, website, video, packaging, social campaign). The app detects contradictions (e.g., “minimal” + “lots of details”), missing essentials (deliverables, formats, deadlines, brand constraints), and scope creep risks, then generates a structured brief, timeline, and acceptance checklist. It also produces a client-facing version and an internal version with risks, assumptions, and open questions. AI is used only where it adds value: rewriting, summarizing calls/notes, and suggesting clarifying questions—users must approve everything. Export to PDF/Google Docs/Notion, collect e-signature, and lock scope with change-request templates. This is not a design tool; it’s a creation-enabler that prevents costly rework and awkward client disputes.
