BriefLatch
BriefLatch is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for art directors to turn messy references, notes, and stakeholder feedback into a single “locked” visual brief that stays consistent through production. It ingests links, PDFs, frames, and screenshots, then structures them into a style map: palette, typography, composition rules, do/don’ts, and shot-level intent. Versioning is the point: every change is tracked, diffed, and time-stamped so teams can see what changed, who approved it, and what assets are now out of spec. An AI assistant helps extract constraints from feedback (“make it more premium”) into concrete, reviewable directives, but humans approve everything. This is not a moodboard; it’s a continuity and decision log designed to reduce rework, misalignment, and late-stage surprises.
