BriefLedger

BriefLedger is a secure web app (with optional mobile companion) that tracks cabinet and ministerial decisions from draft to implementation. It centralizes agenda items, decision memos, legal references, assigned owners, due dates, and status updates across ministries. The core value is audit-ready traceability: who proposed what, what was decided, what evidence supported it, and what actions were assigned—without relying on scattered emails and slide decks. It includes a lightweight workflow for pre-briefing, meeting minutes capture, and post-meeting action tracking, plus an executive dashboard showing overdue commitments and cross-ministry dependencies. This is not a public transparency portal; it’s an internal operations tool built for the reality of government: slow procurement, strict security, and frequent leadership turnover. Expect long sales cycles, but once embedded, switching costs are high.
