BriefShield is a secure briefing distribution and acknowledgment system for military units that still rely on printed slides, email chains, and manual sign-in rosters. Leaders upload briefing packets (OPORD fragments, safety briefs, training updates), assign them to specific rosters, and require time-bound acknowledgments with short comprehension checks. The app produces audit-ready reports showing who received what, when they opened it, and whether they passed the check—useful for inspections and incident investigations. It supports offline viewing for field environments, with automatic sync when connectivity returns. This is a combination web + mobile app with optional desktop admin console, and it’s a traditional app with light AI (AI only for summarizing long briefs and generating quiz questions; no “black box” decisions). Realistically, procurement and security accreditation are the hard parts, not the software.
