BriefSlicer is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that converts vague marketing requests into clear, measurable growth experiments. Teams paste in a brief, email thread, or meeting notes, then the app structures it into: objective, target segment, hypothesis, channels, creative angles, success metrics, required assets, and a 2-week test plan. It also generates a lightweight tracking spec (UTMs, events, dashboards) so experiments don’t die in “we’ll measure later.” This is an AI-assisted workflow, but it’s not magic: users must confirm assumptions, pick constraints (budget, channels, brand rules), and approve the final plan. The output is exportable to Notion/Jira and includes a pre-mortem checklist to reduce wasted spend. The goal is fewer random acts of marketing and faster learning cycles for small teams that can’t afford a full growth ops function.
