BrunchHold is a mobile + web app that lets diners join a restaurant’s brunch waitlist remotely, get accurate ETAs, and receive a “leave now” alert based on live queue movement and travel time. Restaurants get a lightweight host dashboard to manage parties, quote realistic times, and reduce no-shows with optional SMS deposits for peak hours. This is not another discovery/review app; it’s a queue utility focused on the single most painful brunch problem: unpredictable waits and wasted time standing outside. The MVP targets independent brunch spots that don’t want a full POS overhaul. Diners can favorite places, see current wait ranges, and share a party link so friends can track status. Monetization: restaurant subscription + per-SMS fees; optional diner premium for multi-spot queue monitoring (limited to avoid abuse).
