BugProof SOP

BugProof SOP is a mobile + web app for small food businesses to run pest management like a real program, not a binder. It guides staff through scheduled checks (glue boards, door sweeps, drains, storage areas), captures photo evidence, and generates inspection-ready reports (health department, HACCP, SQF/BRC-style documentation). It also tracks contractor visits, service notes, and corrective actions with due dates so issues don’t disappear after the tech leaves. An AI layer reads photos and notes to flag likely pest signs (droppings, gnaw marks, fly activity) and highlights recurring hotspots, but it’s positioned as “assistive,” not a magical identifier. The goal is fewer failed audits, fewer repeat infestations, and less time chasing paper logs. Realistically, it won’t replace a pest control company; it makes the relationship measurable and accountable.
