BugTriage
BugTriage is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that converts chaotic bug reports—screenshots, screen recordings, logs, and angry paragraphs—into clean, reproducible engineering tickets. Users paste a report or forward an email; the app extracts environment details, identifies likely components, suggests reproduction steps, and generates a ready-to-file issue for Jira/GitHub/Linear with labels, severity, and owner suggestions. It also detects duplicates by comparing new reports to past tickets and release notes, reducing noise for small teams. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to be a full QA suite or replace your tracker; it just makes incoming bugs less painful and more consistent. Realistically, success depends on tight integrations and high precision—if the output is wrong, teams will abandon it quickly. Pricing would be per-seat for engineering/PM plus a lower-cost “intake” tier for support teams.
