BugTriageAI is a web app (with optional GitHub/GitLab integrations) that ingests crash reports, stack traces, and CI test failures, then clusters them into “same root cause” groups and drafts high-confidence next steps. It’s an AI-assisted triage tool, not a magic auto-fixer: it highlights likely offending commits, suspicious files, and reproduction hints, and it opens a pre-filled issue with context, logs, and suggested owners. The goal is to cut the time engineers waste reading repetitive logs and arguing about priority. It supports common sources like Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and raw log uploads. Teams can set rules for severity, SLA, and routing to the right repo/team. You pay per seat or per ingested event volume, with clear caps to avoid surprise bills.
