BugVetNow is a mobile + web app that helps owners of pet insects and other invertebrates get credible, species-relevant guidance when something looks wrong. Most keepers end up doom-scrolling forums, getting contradictory advice, and losing the animal before they act. The app combines an AI triage flow (symptom questions + optional photo/video) with a directory of vetted exotic vets and experienced invertebrate keepers who offer paid consults. It outputs a clear “do this now” checklist (isolation, hydration, enclosure adjustments) and flags emergencies (pesticide exposure, bad molts, dehydration). It also stores case history and enclosure parameters so follow-ups aren’t guesswork. This isn’t a magic diagnosis tool—it's a fast decision-support and access layer for a niche that’s currently underserved.
