BuildBrief is a web app (with a companion mobile app) for luxury automakers, coachbuilders, and bespoke studios to convert messy client requests into a controlled commissioning workflow. It captures requirements in structured form (materials, colors, trims, tolerances, regulatory constraints), then generates a versioned “Commission Brief” that engineering, purchasing, and artisans can actually execute. The AI layer helps normalize language (“British racing green, but darker”) into approved palettes, flags conflicts (e.g., heat limits for adhesives, airbag seam constraints), and suggests alternatives from your own approved library. It also tracks approvals with audit trails, deposits, milestone sign-offs, and change-order pricing so scope creep doesn’t silently destroy margins. This is not a design tool; it’s a spec, approval, and change-control system built for low-volume, high-touch builds where one misunderstanding can cost weeks and six figures.
