BuildLedger

BuildLedger is a mobile + web app for car enthusiasts to document and prove their build history in a way buyers and clubs actually trust. Users log mods, maintenance, and track days, then attach receipts, photos, dyno sheets, and alignment specs. The app generates a shareable “Build Card” link and a downloadable PDF that’s easy to post in listings or send to a buyer. An AI assistant reads uploaded invoices and parts orders, auto-categorizes them (engine, suspension, wheels/tires), and estimates totals by category over time. It also flags missing proof (e.g., ‘coilovers installed’ with no receipt) and suggests what to document next. This is not a social feed; it’s a credibility tool that happens to be shareable in communities. Monetization: $6–$10/month for unlimited vehicles, plus a one-time “Verified Build” report fee.
